Dear Patients and Community,

Thank you for your patience during this difficult time for all of us. We hope you are safe and healthy.

We will be reopening starting May 4, 2020 on a limited basis. There will be extra precautions to ensure the safety of our patients and employees, which are but not limited to:

  1. Limited Appointed Scheduling: Temporary Hours are
    MONDAY, TUESDAY, THURSDAY, FRIDAY: 9AM-5 PM
    WENESDAY: 10AM-2PM
    Saturday & Sunday- Closed
    Please CALL us for an appointment. 972-991-2020
  2. Face Covering: ALL patients and employees are required to wear a face covering (eg: mask, scarf, bandana etc.)
  3. Fever free environment: Temperatures will be taken upon entry.
  4. Wash Hands and Sanitize: Everyone will be asked to sanitize/washing their hands.
  5. Increased cleaning and sanitation.
  6. Social Distancing: We are limiting the number of patients in the office. When possible, only the patient enters the clinic. Please ask the person with your patient to stay in their car. We will text them if they need their assistance.
